Finding My Passion
I am a senior in college, majoring in psychology. I am especially interested in the study of hypnosis and the power we can have over other people’s minds. I was writing a term paper on the power of conversational hypnosis and I decided that this is what I was going to research in the fall when I return to work on my thesis. I am loving learning about it and it has not stopped fascinating me.
My professor actually suggested that I return to school and research this topic a bit more. He said that because I was so passionate and curious about it, than researching it and writing on it would not seem like work or a chore at all, and I may learn things that I did not expect to learn.
I knew that conversational hypnosis was something that I could research for days on end and still not cease to be amazed at it. I had to agree with my professor that it was a good idea for me to come back and do this. I am actually gathering a lot of information already, so that I will be prepared to get started.
