Unique Art Essay Assignment
I would have to say that most of the assignments I get in class are boring. Seriously, you wonder why people even bother going to school - it is just too boring for me.
Okay, after Art class today, I will change my tune. You see, lately, we have been studying the great artists of history, and quite frankly that is old news. Honestly, if any of the students in class had taken an arts class in high school, they already pretty much know everything that they need to know.
But, today we were given a unique assignment - we were told to find a modern painter and write about their lives and work. While most people in the class will pick a traditional modern artist, I think I will do something different.
I am going to write about Banksy street art done by the infamous Banksy from London. Finally, I will get to talk about an artist I love - instead of one that is assigned to me.
