I Don’t Understand

When I received training materials from our head office, I didn’t understand them at all.  For whatever reason, they sent the materials over in Spanish and didn’t have any English documentation available.

We really needed the information contained in the training materials, so our branch was forced to hire a translation service to translate the materials into English.

We were surprised with the quality of the translation and the turn around time.  It must have been done by a human as it didn’t resemble the translations that you find online.

I still don’t see why we received our material in Spanish, but it might have just been a mistake.  Thankfully, there was a translation service available to us in our area that was able to help us out.

Needless to say, the training material was easier to grasp once it was in our own language.  We have sent a memo to head office to ensure that it doesn’t happen again.
