Increasing My Odds
I am not a person that likes to leave things to chance. Sure, I can’t control everything, but I do like to take control of what I can.
So, when I go down to the horse race track, I don’t listen to anyone offering free horse racing tips because I would say that they don’t know what they are talking about. Just like you wouldn’t take financial advice from someone that just went bankrupt, the racing tips that these people provide are worthless.
What I like to do is make contact with the local horse racing tipster and get an opinion that is laced with experience and wisdom, before I make my decision on which horse is going to win. That way, I know that I am increasing my odds of keeping more money in my pocket - which is my goal anyway.
