I was a first time buyer and I was really apprehensive about buying real estate. Fortunately, a friend of mine told me about Bellevue real estate. She had also bought property through them, and sang praises of their commitment. After a lot of persuasion, I thought, why not?
I was initially very skeptical of this, having heard a lot of people who got cheated by real estate agents. I was however, pleasantly surprised by the customer care of this company! They had a solution to every problem, and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each every choice I made. They even warned me about any problems that might come up in the future, and suggested alternatives for the same! They were with me all along the way, and really helped me get the kind of house I wanted, in Bellevue Washington. They made everything so easy! I never had to do much myself; it was all taken care of by Bellevue real estate.
Even the head of the company, Mrs. Lee Gerchow was an extremely helpful lady, and we were very surprised when she took a personal interest in our case. It is very unusual to find someone so busy to be so involved in the day-to-day workings of her business, especially individual clients like us. All in all, we were very satisfied with the work done by Bellevue and would gladly work with them in the future next time we are on the market!
